Film in Barrow
Barrow County welcomes the film industry and is a Georgia Camera Ready Community.
Hollywood came to Barrow County in 2019 and used the Historic Courthouse and the Quality Foods (among other places) prominently in the HBO limited series The Outsider. Barrow County is an active member of the Camera Ready Georgia program.
